The Suffolk Sharks Defeated the Kingsborough Wave 8-1 on a Region XV contest this Saturday afternoon on the Kingsborough Community College's Field. 

The Sharks controlled the game and broke the deadlock early into the game. Kingsborough reacted well when Isabella Molina equalized for Kingsborough with a superb power shot to the Sufflok following a nice long pass from sweeper Sharie Williams.

Suffolk would continue putting pressure on the Wave's defense, and would get reults as they scored two more goals right before halftime to put the score to 3-1.

In the second half, Kingsborough tried going on the break several time to reduce the score, only to see their efforts fall short. Yaritza Samaniego and Isabella Molina would attempt several runs to and dribbles, but the Sufflok defense remained strong and composed to the Wave attempts.

The Sharks would score 5 more goals in the dying moments of the game
