Brooklyn, NY - Kingsborough ended their 6-game losing streak on Tuesday night as they defeated their CUNY rivals Queensborough CC at home 69 – 50. The wave was led by #20 Mervin Chapman 18pts, 9rebs, and 4asst in his best game of the season for coach Lambert's Wave.

Mervin was helped by #31 Tayyab Hussein who continued his hot shooting and consistent play, finishing with 17pts. Freshman Sensation and team leading scorer Joshua Perez and sophomore forward Hamed Guitti both had quiet nights finishing with 11pts and 10pts respectively.
 
Patrick Brown led the Queensborough attack all night long getting into the Kingsborough defense and provided a spark for his team. He finished with 17pts, 3rebs, 3asst and 4stls.
 
Assistant coach Kirk Liddelow said that "tonight the guys played consistent basketball from the start to end, the key reason why they won tonight's game, it was a team effort and everyone contributed once they got on the court."
 
Next Game for the wave would be on Thursday Dec. 4^th 6pm at home against Globe.
