Brooklyn, NY - The Lady wave were back to their winning ways after a 49-46 victory over the lady sharks of Suffolk C.C.

The Lady wave were led by Freshman Sara Henriquez (16p, 6r, 3a) and Sophomore Kinga Kupras (12p, 11r, 3a).

It was the first  win for the lady wave who loss the last two games on the road to Regional and Defending National Champion Hostos C.C Lady Caimans and Nassau C.C Lady Lions.

The lady wave with last nights win are currently tied for second in the CUNYAC conference with BMCC Lady Panthers.

It was definitely a better effort tonight compared to our last two road games, we still need to be better with our decisions at key points during the game. We need to have more effective possessions and reduce our turnovers. - Coach Bain.

The lady wave are back in action at home on Thursday 11/21/19 6pm  against the Lady Broncos of Bronx C.C.
