Erica Alpert, Director of Career, Internship, and Transition

Erica began her career in fashion at Faviana, a leading evening wear manufacturing company, where she got her first inside look at the business world as a talent acquisition manager. 

Following her work in industry, Erica transitioned into higher education, teaching Career Development courses at LIM College for the past nine years. She has coached and mentored countless students, focusing on building confidence, professional skills, and real-world readiness. Her approach centers on empowering students to thrive—not just secure jobs but build meaningful careers.

In addition to her work in education, Erica serves as a hiring consultant, partnering with organizations to identify, recruit, and develop top talent.
