Suffolk, L.I. -  KCC Wave's Akhrorhuja Muminov finish second this past weekend at the NJCAA Region XV Men's Tennis Championships losing in straight sets to Nassau's Angel Lugo 6-2, 6-4. Muminov was the #2 seed coming into the weekend and have been playing some of his best tennis of the season but was not enough to get past the stronger Lugo.

Coach Max despite not capturing the title for top flight singles and the team event was proud of his team for the way they fought all season given the unpredictable weather during the season, the guys competed and gave it their all this weekend.
