The Kingsborough Wave Volleyball falls to the 2012 Region XV Champions Suffolk Sharks 3-2 in a very thrilling match that left the kept the fans on their toes their seats through the 5 sets.

Suffolk opened up the match by winning the first set 25-14. The Sharks repeated their first set performance in the second set where they held the Wave to just thirteen points to gain a 2-0 against the home team.

Kingsborough would initiate a comeback in set number three with a decisive run at the end that helped them finish the set 26-24.
Despite being down one set, the Wave would push for the break and go all out to close the fourth set 25-19, and force a decisive set 5 in which the Wave would fall short the Sharks (16-14).

Kingsborough will be on the road on Saturday October 12 in a Dual match day hosted by BMCC where the Wave will play against Hostos CC Caimans (12:00PM) and the Bronx Broncos (2:30PM).
